Q. Please tell us about the Auto-Biz (Pre-Owned Car) Development Team.

Our team is in charge of the renewal of Autobell, and our goal is to successfully settle Autobell as a platform. Most of the team members are experts in used cars and platforms who joined as experienced workers. As the keyword for platform business is connection, the keyword that describes us is also "connection." With the team leader Ahn Seong-il who oversees the team, the two parts ─ one specializing in project development and one specializing in used cars and platforms ─ connect with each other to create synergy.

Q. After a long preparation, Autobell remodeled and opened. What was the part that you focused on the most in renewal?

I would say it is developing a win-win relationship with the dealers. A used car platform is a two-way market where consumers and dealers participate, and the consumers expect that joining of a large enterprise will alleviate the anxiety about the used car market, which is often seen as a lemon market. On the other hand, some dealers are wary of the role of a large enterprise platform as more than just a go-between. Therefore, we decided that we can make a platform trusted by the customers (providing 100% real sales products) only through being trusted by the dealers, and made it the top priority to co-prosper with the dealers.

Q. Please tell us about the specific measures for co-prosperity with the dealers.

Autobell has positioned itself as a platform that has good advertising effectiveness compared to its reasonable price, solving the problem of high price which is the dissatisfaction factor arising from the existing used car platform monopoly. Moreover, by adding the smart auction to the comparative estimate purchase services where participation is limited to only a small number of dealers, it provides a better environment for dealers to purchase. We plan to continue developing services for the dealers to accurately judge the effectiveness of advertisements and increase their sales power.

Q. I heard that your teamwork is exceptional, as you worked together in developing a new platform. How good is it?

Our team wears new team uniforms every year. That is how proud we are of our team. Senior Manager Jang Hyo-min says he has never worn matching couple outfits, but wears team uniforms. Team uniforms are essential when reporting to executives or visiting dealers. The Auto-Biz (Pre-Owned Car) Development Team is serious about the team uniforms.

Q. As the platform is launched, changes are expected in the ways consumers trade cars, and the expectations of the team members must also be high. What evaluations are you expecting?
